I didn't have any problems when I drove over in May. However, I think the deadline is June 2009. So when I decided to go to the KOD Retreat in Portland I used it as a good excuse to stop procrastinating and get it done. Now, if that Greek Billionaire shows up on my doorstep I'm ready for travel.
