Foxy Ink Merchandise Return Policy

At Foxy Ink, we want to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Our return policy is in line with Printful's guidelines because they are the print-on-demand service provider that we use to drop ship our merchandise, so please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following information:

 

Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please submit a problem report to Printful and Foxy Ink at cathrynfoxcustomercare@gmail.com within 30 days after receiving the product. Claims that are deemed an error on Printful's part will be covered at Printful's expense. We at Foxy Ink need to know about any issues that may arise because we value your business and want to make sure the quality of the products we sell using Printful is what it should be.

 

Packages Lost in Transit

For packages lost in transit, please submit a Printful claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

 

Return Address

The return address for Printful products is set by default to the Printful facility. If you choose to return a shipment to a different address, please be aware that you will become liable for any returned shipments you receive.

 

Wrong Address

If Foxy Ink's end customer (that means you) provides an insufficient shipping address, the shipment may be returned to Printful's facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

 

Unclaimed Shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to Printful's facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

 

Sealed Goods

Printful does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health and hygiene reasons. Any returned orders with face masks won't be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

 

Returned by Customer

Customers should contact Foxy Ink before returning any Printful products. Printful does not refund orders for buyer's remorse, except for customers residing in Brazil. Printful does not accept returns for items that don't fit, as they provide detailed size charts to help customers make informed decisions. Returns and size exchanges are to be offered at Printful's sole expense and discretion. Foxy Ink has no control over Printful's returns policy and whether they approve a return.

 

Notification for EU Consumers

For EU consumers, please note that we may refuse returns for:

  1. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Sealed goods unsealed after delivery and not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

 

Language and Governance

This policy is governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose.
