ABOUT THE BOOK:
Ich war nie ein Mädchen, das sich über die Eishockeyspieler unserer Akademie lustig machte – sie sind alle egoistische Idioten. Aber da mein Vater der Trainer der Scotia Storms ist, sehe ich überall, wo ich mich umdrehe, einen Spieler – und zwar in mehr als einer Hinsicht.
Ich bin klug genug zu wissen, dass sie mich nicht nur meiden, weil ich die Tochter des Trainers bin. Sie gehen mir aus dem Weg, weil ich ein nerdiger Schauspielstudent ohne Spiel bin.
Mit der Winterpause habe ich vor, nach Florida zu fliehen, dorthin, wo niemand meine Vergangenheit kennt. Oder dass ich die Zielscheibe des Witzes jedes Eishockeyspielers bin. Es stimmt, ich habe die verletzende Wette mitbekommen, dass kein Spieler die Bälle hatte, die er nehmen konnte.
Nicht, dass ich meine lästige V-Card an einen von ihnen weitergeben würde. Nein, ich habe vor, dieses Problem an einem Strand im Süden zu lösen.
Bis der Sturm des Jahrhunderts meinen Plänen einen Strich durch die Rechnung macht und ich mit einem glühend heißen Southie eingeschneit bin. Ich dachte, er wäre der perfekte Mann, um mir bei meinem lästigen Problem zu helfen – bis sich mein dummes Herz einmischte.
Wie könnte ich das vermeiden, wenn er süß und freundlich war und sich so sehr von den Jungs an der Akademie unterschied?
Ich fange an, von unserer Zukunft zu träumen, bis der Sturm losbricht und mir klar wird, dass er alles ist, was ich nie wollte, und ich alles bin, was seine Zukunft zerstören kann.

1. Shortly after completing your purchase, you will get an email with the subject “Hey there, your book has arrived.”
2. Open the email and click the link to download your copy.
3. The link will take you to BookFunnel, the book delivery platform. Once you are at the BookFunnel page, click “Get My Book.”
4. Select the type of device
on which you would like to read the book and follow the step-by-step
instructions for downloading to your specific device.
In case you run into any trouble
during the download process, you can click on the 'NEED HELP?' icon in
the upper right-hand corner of the download page. Or, if you'd prefer,
you can send a quick note to help@bookfunnel.com. Either way, a real human will help you get your book onto your reader so you can start enjoying the story!

Returns
All digital goods, such as eBooks are non-refundable because they are considered consumable products. Once you have read the book, you have consumed it. Our books are available via libraries. Librarians can order the book for you upon request. As such, we do not offer returns on eBooks. We also do not offer returns on audiobooks because they are also consumable digital goods. Once you have listened to the audiobook, you have consumed it.
We offer returns only if a print book arrives defective and will work with you to obtain a replacement if you contact us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A $10 flat rate return shipping fee may apply in certain circumstances, but typically, we try to recoup shipping costs for damaged or missing shipments via shipping insurance through USPS, UPS, or DHL first and foremost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
