¿CÓMO DESCARGO MI E-BOOK?

How to Download my eBook or Audiobook

1. Shortly after completing your purchase, you will get an email with the subject “Hey there, your book has arrived.”  

2. Open the email and click the link to download your copy. 

3. The link will take you to BookFunnel, the book delivery platform.  Once you are at the BookFunnel page, click “Get My Book.” 

4. Select the type of device
on which you would like to read the book and follow the step-by-step
instructions for downloading to your specific device.  

In case you run into any trouble
during the download process, you can click on the 'NEED HELP?' icon in
the upper right-hand corner of the download page. Or, if you'd prefer,
you can send a quick note to help@bookfunnel.com. Either way, a real human will help you get your book onto your reader so you can start enjoying the story!

Returns

Returns
All digital goods, such as eBooks are non-refundable because they are considered consumable products. Once you have read the book, you have consumed it. Our books are available via libraries. Librarians can order the book for you upon request. As such, we do not offer returns on eBooks. We also do not offer returns on audiobooks because they are also consumable digital goods. Once you have listened to the audiobook, you have consumed it.

We offer returns only if a print book arrives defective and will work with you to obtain a replacement if you contact us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. A $10 flat rate return shipping fee may apply in certain circumstances, but typically, we try to recoup shipping costs for damaged or missing shipments via shipping insurance through USPS, UPS, or DHL first and foremost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
